Phototherapy combined with systemic agents for mycosis fungoides

چکیده

The choice of tactics for managing a patient with mycosis fungoides is determined by the stage disease. In early stages fungoides, treatment approach using external therapy and various ultraviolet irradiation spectra (UVB-311 nm PUVA therapy) preferable. With insufficient efficiency / or short remissions in some patients, it possible to use combined methods stages: UVB-311 therapy. combination systemic therapy, including interferon (IFN) 2b preparations, methotrexate retinoids. results original studies demonstrate an increase overall response rate when combining IFN- retinoids patients IB-IIB. effectiveness regimens remains insufficiently studied.
